List Screen Buttons

The list screen has Edit, +, , and About buttons that do the same thing as in the main screen. Well, almost. The button has more options that we'll describe later.
This button takes you back to the main screen.
The Edit button works just like in the main screen to reorder or delete items in the list. Note that you can't move an item to a new category group. However, you can change the order of the categories by editing the list of categories, which you can access using the Tools button.
This button takes you to a screen where you can change the name and type of the list. You can also turn off and on the category display style of the list.
You can also control the Save on delete attribute of the list. When this is On, an item will be saved when you remove it from the list. If it is Off, an item will be permanently deleted when you remove it from the list, as long as it's not used by another list. You will be reminded of this choice when you remove an item from the list by the name on the button, which will be either Remove or Delete.
This button displays buttons for sharing your list data. The Send Email button lets you send the list to a friend or to yourself for printing. The Share List button lets you send the list to someone else using the ListTech App. The Share All button sends all of your data, as in the main screen. Each of these buttons creates an Email from the current list or all your data, puts you in the mail App so you can review the message before sending it, and returns to the list screen when you're done.
The Tools button displays buttons like in the main screen to edit item categories and saved items, but there's a difference. When you use these buttons from a list screen, they only show categories or items that are related to the list you are in. So if you're in a shopping list, you might see categories for Produce or Meat, but you won't see Tasks or Meetings. These screens have a blue background to remind you that there is a difference.
The Order Related Categories button allows you to reorder the categories. Touch and hold the icon that appears at the right side of a row and then drag the row up or down to a new location. This affects the ordering of categories in the display of your lists. All lists containing items in the categories shown may be affected.
Other tool buttons allow you to operate on the lists. For example, you can remove or hide all of the items from the list that you have checked. You might use this while you're shopping. When the list becomes empty, you can check out. You can also remove the checkmarks from all of the items in the list. You might use this for a packing list when you start getting ready for a new trip.
Other buttons affect the order of the items in the list. Move Checked to Bottom moves the checked items out of the way so you can see the items that still need to be checked. Order Items by Name puts the items in alphabetical order. Order Items by Date puts the items in order by their due date, if the list has a type that supports dates, like Appointments. If you're displaying categories, the items are sorted within their groups. Finally, the Cancel button is what you use when you don't want to do any of the other things.
