Main Screen Buttons

On the main screen, you will see the following buttons:
The Edit button lets you delete lists. It also lets you change the order of the lists in the main screen. Touch and hold the icon that appears at the right side of a row and then drag the row up or down to a new location.
To delete a list, use the familiar two-step process you use for other Apps in your iPhone. You can also delete by swiping across the title and then tapping the Delete button that appears. When you tap Edit, the button changes to Done. Press this to go back to the normal display.
This button lets you add a new list.
You've already found the Help button. From the help screen, you can also go to the WindjammerTech web site for more information.
This button displays a pop-up where you can adjust the settings for ListTech. You can enable or disable the checkmark click sound, use of categories, color-coding of the lists, and keeping duplicate items when importing a list. You can also set default Email recipients for sending list messages, and the font size used in table screens.
This button displays a pop-up including the Share All button, which sends all of your ListTech data using Email. It creates an Email from your data and puts you in the mail App so you can review the message before sending it. When you're done, you will return to the main screen.
When you receive an Email containing list data, it will contain a link that you tap to install the list. This will launch ListTech automatically and ask if you want to install the list data. If you already have a list of the same name, it will merge the received data into your list.
The Mail button also displays the Import Shared Data button, which can be used to install the data later if you decided not to do it right away.
The Tools button displays a pop-up with a set of buttons that lets you delete or rename the List Types, Item Categories, and Saved Items. Each one will bring up a list that includes an Edit button that operates just like the one on the main screen.
Each of these screens has a green background to help remind you that you are editing something other than a list of items. If you tap a row in this screen, it will offer you a chance to make changes to the name, and in the case of list items, the category and notes also.
The Show or Hide Lists button displays a list of all of your lists, both visible and hidden. Remove the checkmark from any list you want to be omitted from the main screen. You might want to do this for a list that you use only occasionally, like a packing list. You can also use the Hide this list switch in the info screen for a list.
The Edit Unused Objects button in the Tools pop-up provides access to List Types, Item Categories, and Saved Items that aren't currenty used, with a red background. Hint: If you want to delete unused categories, you should first delete unused items because a category is only considered unused if there are no items in that category.
Press this one to see a screen describing ListTech.
