Items

Items are anything you add to a list. They are shown in the list screen, whose title is the name you gave to the list. The items will either be organized by category, or will be listed in the order you entered them. This choice is made using a switch control when you created the list. If you want to change it (or the name or type of the list), you can do this by tapping the button while you are in the list screen.
To add items to a list, tap the + button. You can add a name, category, quantity, and notes. You don't need to give the quantity or notes if you don't want to. If the list has a type like Appointments, which contains dates, you can also set the due date for the item. Press the OK button when you're done.
Each item has a checkbox on the left side, a title in the middle, and a button on the right. If you tap the button, you can make changes to the item. If you added notes to an item, its title will be blue. When you tap the title, a pop-up will display the notes so you can read them.
Items that have dates will be colored differently when their due date approaches. With two days left, they will appear orange. With only one day left, they will be red. Once they are checked off, they return to the normal black or blue (indicating the presence of notes).
